If you prefer to choose another custom font that’s not on our list (from Dafont.com), send us a screenshot with the exact text preview and the link so we can match it correctly.
Alternatively if you'd like to choose a custom font from another website, please send us the link & screenshot, and we’ll check if it’s safe for us to install.

Design and Sizing:

• Sometimes design ideas can get miscommunicated, so if possible, please provide a drawing (either digital or on paper) with your design and size requirements.

• Otherwise, we will lay out the design at our discretion to make it look good.

• Please specify exact sizing and placement on the item. Otherwise, we will use our discretion if that’s what you prefer or if we don’t have any information.

• We usually prefer to have the design and final approval before starting the engraving or having the item dropped off.

Proofs and Approval:

• We do not provide artwork proofs for standard jobs.

• If a proof is requested, it will only be provided after the item is dropped off or payment is received.

• Prompt response is required to avoid any delays, as we aim to start the engraving process soon after the design is finalised.

• If we don’t hear back within a reasonable time, we’ll proceed with the original design provided or use our discretion for the best outcome.

• Once the design and proof are approved, any errors in text, placement, or size will be the customer's responsibility.

• Please carefully review all of your supplied details before giving your final approval.
