Before You Visit

Walk-ins are welcome when I’m available, but appointments are preferred so I can confirm I’ll be onsite and have enough time to review your job.

Please contact me before visiting, especially for urgent or same-day engraving.

Arriving without an appointment does not guarantee the job can be completed while you wait, but I’ll always do my best to help.

You’re welcome to leave your item and return once it’s ready. A secure, monitored locker is also available for quick and convenient drop-off and collection.

Drop-off and collection are available by arrangement..
If our timing does not line up, a secure monitored locker is available 24 hours a day.

You will receive:

Drop-off instructions

A unique access code when required

A message when your item is ready

Collection instructions

Small items may also be placed into the secure top slot anytime.

Turnaround

Standard Service

Most jobs are completed within an average of 1–3 business days.

Larger quantities, complex artwork and specialised engraving may take longer.

Urgent Engraving

Same-day or urgent engraving may be available depending on workload, item suitability and artwork readiness.

Priority Express service attracts a 30% surcharge.

Visits, drop-offs and collections are arranged separately.

Convenient Local Collection Services

Short on time?

I can collect selected Click & Collect orders for engraving:

• Dan Murphy’s Norwood, Marden or St Peters: $20 collection fee

• YETI or other orders from Mitre 10 Glynde: $10 collection fee

• Other local retailers by arrangement eg. Kitchen Warehouse

You place and pay for the order directly with the retailer. Send me the collection details once it is ready.
