Logos & Artwork – What You Need to Know

Engraving-Ready Logo

– from $30 for a flat surface item and from $40 for intricate shapes and round items.

This applies only if your logo is already high-quality and ready to go.

✅ What counts as ready-to-go:

• Black & white or single-colour artwork

• Sharp, clean edges (no shading or gradients)

• File formats: SVG (best), PDF, PNG, or JPG

• Must not be pixelated, blurry, or photographed from paper/screens

🚫 What’s not ready:

• Photos of business cards or drawings

• Screenshots with fuzzy edges

• Files that need to be redrawn, simplified, or cleaned up

If your logo isn’t ready, we offer a logo tracing or cleanup service – add $25
Includes basic adjustments and 2 minor revisions.
For complex redrawing, we can refer it to a designer for a quote.

Photo & Image Engraving

Most designs can be engraved, including logos, text, and even photographs.

Photos need to be converted into a halftone image — a pattern of tiny dots that simulates shading using only black and white, making it suitable for laser engraving.

This process involves cleanup, conversion, and test runs to make sure the final result is sharp and balanced.

We usually do a quick test on a similar material to preview how it will come out.

Photo conversion and sample testing – from $66

Includes image setup and up to two small test engravings. Final pricing may vary based on image quality and complexity.

Logo Cleanup (if needed)

If your logo isn’t ready, we offer a logo Tracing or cleanup service – add $25
Includes basic adjustments and 2 minor revisions.

We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders, with discounts based on quantity. The more you order, the more you save — up to 80% off the standard rate for high-volume batches.

Estimated savings based on quantity:

• 2–4 items → Save around 30%

• 5–9 items → Save around 50%

• 10–14 items → Save around 60%

• 15–24 items → Save around 75%

• 25+ items → Save up to 80%

Drop-Off & Turnaround

Nate handles all engraving work and while he’s around most of the time, he may be out briefly—at another office, on-site job, or running errands.

If no-one is available when you arrive, no stress:
We have a secure, monitored 24/7 drop-off and pickup box.

• You’ll receive a code on the day

• Just drop your item in, and I’ll let you know once it’s done

• Pickup works the same way—easy and contactless

Turnaround Time

Standard: 1 - 5 days (subject to current workload)
Express: Same day turnaround if available (+$15)
